IN CONSIDERATION OF the Founding Member giving payment of £222 to BrightSky Collective Ltd. in return for a Lifetime Membership (access to all member services for 80 years to include the following content and resources: Public Profile and Calendar Pages, eCourses and Business Directories), both parties agree to keep, perform and fulfil the promises and conditions set out in this Agreement:
As a Founding Member/BrightSky Professional Member, I agree to:

3 - Adhere to the following standards:
- Be authentic and honest in all dealings with other members and with clients
- Ensure that my profile description and all the information I provide to the public is true and accurate
- Operate with regard for the health and safety of individuals, our community and our environment
- Ensure I am trained, certified and competent in any services provided
- Maintain up to date public liability insurance for any services provided
- Ensure the integrity and safety of the personal data of others by adhering to prevailing Data Protection legislation (including GDPR)
- Implement appropriate Cyber Security measures to prevent unauthorised access to your systems.
- Offer and provide only services that are recognised and legal in the country in which I offer them
- Be welcoming, courteous and respectful
- Recognise and respect diversity and if necessary adapt practices to provide equality of opportunity and access
