Brett Sadler

Brett is a Leadership Consultant; Coach, Futurist, Podcaster and Keynote Speaker with over 45 years of business experience. His purpose is: “To help create a smooth transition from old paradigms to new ways of being in the world.”

He works with organisations on engagement, strategy and culture change, and is committed to helping them create humane working environments where people can bring their authentic selves and contribute their skills for the benefit of themselves, their organisations, and society as a whole. 

His new keynote and special report Organisation Megatrends 2030 addresses how businesses will evolve to meet the rapidly changing operating environment and create cultures that work for the new generation of employees.

With his love of business and his corporate background, together with expertise in running development programmes for younger people, Brett is ideally placed to understand how to bridge the gap between old-style ‘legacy’ corporations and the organic, adaptive structures of the future.

Brett’s corporate career spanned roles with Unilever, Autosport, Clarks Shoes and the Motor Sport group, plus a selection of smaller businesses. He has led expeditions for young people across the globe, including design and delivery of a programme for 60 young leaders in the Himalaya with the British Exploring Society.

As a Leadership Consultant and Coach, Brett has worked with a wide range of clients globally, including Porsche, GE, Alstom and Centrica. His podcasts have featured senior business leaders and thinkers such as MasterCard and Centrica Chairman Rick Haythornthwaite, PwC Chair Kevin Ellis, entrepreneur, author and TED speaker Margaret Heffernan, Matthew Taylor, Chair of the Government’s review into the Future of Work, and Richard Barrett, founder of the Academy for the Advancement of Human Values.

Brett speaks with passion on leadership, engagement and change, delivering keynotes at conferences and seminars, including the recent CMI conference ‘Growing Through Challenging Times’, where he gave an address on World Class Leadership. Brett's authentic and relaxed style helps him form deep connections with his audiences, inspiring them to truly engage with their sense of possibility and future potential.
